These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and royal771 ("royal771," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website at royal771.co and all associated services, games, betting markets, and content offered thereon. This Agreement applies to all registered users and any person who accesses or browses the Platform, whether registered or not.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context otherwise requires:

• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limit, loss limit, session time, cooling-off, and self-exclusion controls available to Players within their Account settings.
• "International Gaming Authority" means the licensing body under whose jurisdiction royal771 is licensed to operate.

2. Eligibility

Use of the royal771 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. royal771 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all funds returned subject to verification.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence. royal771 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
4. One Account Per Person: Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of royal771 or its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of royal771 services, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Supplying false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party.
• You must notify royal771 immediately at support@royal771.co if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• royal771 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning an Account to another person is prohibited.
• KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be required at any time at royal771's discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the royal771 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). royal771 supports the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Processing times may vary by method.
• Withdrawals are processed following successful KYC verification. Players who have completed full identity verification receive priority processing.
• royal771 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including proof of payment method ownership, before processing.
• Funds deposited via a particular payment method will, where possible, be returned to the same payment source upon withdrawal.
• royal771 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which royal771 bears no liability.
• In the event of a chargeback, dispute, or reversal initiated by a Player through their payment provider, royal771 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, freeze the balance, and recover any funds disbursed as a result of the disputed transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

royal771 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Sports bets may have specific odds requirements. Full contribution tables are available in the Bonus section of the Platform.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• royal771 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where it suspects abuse, collusion, or where technical errors have occurred in bonus crediting.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless otherwise specified. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the royal771 Platform. Game-specific rules are detailed within each game or market:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. A bet is confirmed when the system acknowledges receipt and issues a transaction reference number.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live bet, the outcome will be determined based on the game's recorded state at the point of failure where recoverable. Where no recoverable state exists, the bet stake will be returned.
• royal771 reserves the right to void any bet where, in its reasonable opinion, a material error, suspicious activity, or technical fault has affected the integrity of the wager.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. Placing multiple bets to circumvent maximum limits is prohibited.
• For sports betting, settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body. In-play bets may be suspended at any time at royal771's discretion.
• royal771 does not accept liability for any betting decisions made based on incomplete or delayed information displayed on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the royal771 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Platform's software, Random Number Generator, or any game algorithm.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without express written consent from royal771.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage betting or any form of betting designed to exploit pricing errors to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward royal771 staff, support agents, or other users.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's Account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the royal771 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and data compilations — is the property of royal771 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express prior written authorisation from royal771.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• royal771 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• royal771 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes.
• royal771 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or events outside its reasonable control.
• In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, royal771's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by law.

10. Privacy

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by royal771 is governed by the royal771 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Royal771 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the requirements of its international gaming authority licence.

11. Responsible Gaming

royal771 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following provisions apply:

• Players are strongly encouraged to use the Responsible Gaming Tools available within their Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• Self-exclusion requests, once activated, are binding for the selected period and cannot be reversed before expiry.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. A Player may close their Account by contacting royal771 support. Royal771 may terminate or suspend an Account immediately and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
• Royal771 is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law.
• Royal771 ceases to offer services in the Player's jurisdiction.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method. Bonus balances are not refundable upon closure. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which royal771 is licenced to operate. Any dispute arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through royal771's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution process of the applicable international gaming authority. Players are entitled to escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant regulatory body.

14. Amendments

Royal771 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or platform notification no less than 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
